Meet Our Founder & Principal Attorney

Born in Lima, Peru, and raised right here in Newark, NJ, Attorney Cesar Martin Estela Esq. founded the firm on a deep personal understanding of the immigrant experience. A cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and the immediate past president of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), he has successfully handled hundreds of complex cases.

His practice is built on honesty, creativity, hard work, and treating others as you would want to be treated—principles deeply rooted in the Golden Rule and the ancient Inca laws (Ama Sua, Ama Llulla, Ama Quella). Today, he leads a dedicated team focused on providing honest, direct advocacy and high-stakes legal solutions for our community.
